I deeply appreciate the various efforts to archive artists’ work and create meaningful connections between artists and wider audiences.
Please note that all content published on this website—including artist photographs, artwork images, texts, interviews, critical essays, exhibition information, and other related materials—is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights. Many of these materials are also subject to ongoing project and contractual obligations.
Accordingly, any reproduction, publication, distribution, or inclusion of these materials on third-party websites, databases, archives, or other platforms requires prior consultation with me and my written consent
I regularly receive requests from institutions and organizations regarding archival projects and the use of my materials.
Each request is carefully reviewed on an individual basis, and any decision regarding the use or archival registration of my work is made through prior consultation. If any materials have been published or used without prior authorization, I may request their removal and, where necessary, take appropriate steps to protect my copyright and related rights. If you wish to use my materials or include my work in an archive or database, please contact me in advance so that I can review your request and provide further guidance.
As of the date of this notice, excluding exhibition records and related postings by galleries and institutions where my work has been officially exhibited, there are currently no cases of online archival registration or use of materials related to my work that have been completed through prior consultation and written consent with me.
Additionally, there have been instances where certain posts related to my work included links directing to websites selling other artworks or products without prior consultation. The matter has been addressed through my legal representative, and I am sharing this notice to help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
